Link2 Resource are working in partnership with a Brigg based Manufacturer who manufacture bespoke products across the UK. They are offering this fantastic opportunity for a Production Team Leader to join their progressive and forward-thinking company whose mission is to be a leader in their industry.
Role
Due to continued expansion and growth our client is recruiting for a Production Team Leader who can work within a varied manufacturing environment.
Job Description
* You will manage and coach your Production team to ensure that they are delivering against targets.
* Responsible for completing all standards and downtime paperwork.
* Enforce and maintain all health and safety standards.
* Candidates should be able to work within a fast-paced production environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Team leader that is ambitious and wanting to progress their career in a company who are growing year on year, with plans already in place to grow their existing site
Working pattern
As a Production Team Leader you will be working the following shifts permanently
* Monday – Friday (2 Shifts / Days & Afternoons
