Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in Malton. In this role, you will lead a team of production operatives, ensuring targets are met, product quality is maintained, and best practices are followed across the line.
Production Team Leader responsibilities:
Run the production line, motivate the team to achieve production targets
Promote and adhere to health, safety, and quality regulations
Complete all paperwork and systems accurately in line with company procedures
Ensure compliance with hygienic and GMP (good manufacturing practices) audits
Assist in training and developing staff, acting as a role model for best practice
Monitor, control, and minimise wasteThe right candidate for this Production Team Leader role will have:
Previous experience as a team leader in a food manufacturing environment
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a teamThis permanent, full-time position offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern working DAYS ONLY with a pay rate of £14.83 per hour.
