Job Description
Our client is looking for a Production Team Leader (Fabrication) to join a fast-growing manufacturing business with big ambitions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to step up, lead a team, and grow their career in a supportive environment.

🕒 Hours: 7.30am – 4pm Mon–Thu, 7.00am - 12pm on Friday
As a Production Team Leader, you’ll be working closely with another leader to manage around 40 skilled people in the fabrication cell. You’ll report directly to the Business Unit Manager and will have strong support from senior leaders who want to see you succeed.
What we’re looking for:
* Background as a sheet metal worker, fabricator or in a fabrication environment
* Hands-on leadership style – someone hungry to prove themselves and progress
* Ideally someone who has come up through an apprenticeship and recently stepped into management, or a strong manufacturing background with leadership ambitions
* The drive to succeed in a business that’s scaling rapidly
