An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and proactive Production Team Leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading teams, driving performance, and ensuring high standards across safety, quality, and efficiency. Shift Pattern:
* Monday to Friday AM (06:00- 14:00)
* Monday to Friday PM (14:00- 22:00)
The Job you will do:
* Oversee and coordinate day-to-day production activities to achieve operational targets.
* Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring all health and safety protocols are consistently followed.
* Conduct routine equipment and machinery checks to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
* Work closely with leadership to identify and implement improvements in production processes.
* Monitor and report production output, maintaining accurate records and addressing any variances.
* Foster a team-oriented environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
About You:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment is essential.
* Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of motivating and managing teams.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
