Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Production Team Leader to join a dynamic manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Factory Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership skills and a background in production to take ownership of key departments and drive performance.
In this role you'll oversee the DI/Cam team, ensuring smooth daily operations, effective staff management and adherence to manufacturing protocols. You will also step up to oversee production performance in the Factory Managers absence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise the Production team, promoting accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
* Manage daily production schedules and workflows to meet output targets and resolve bottlenecks
* Ensure quality standards and compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
* Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all staff are trained in safe and efficient machinery use
* Maintain accurate records of production metrics and staff performance.

* Experience working in manufacturing environments

* £30,000 + (Approx: £14.42p/h)
Hours
* Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm)
