NEW PRODUCTION TEAM MANAGER BASED IN ANDOVER.
Our client based in Andover, Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex PCBA's for a range of industries like automotive, industrial and medical.
They are looking for a skilled Production Team Manager to lead and inspire one of their high performing manufacturing teams. In this hands on role, you'll be responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality production while driving team engagement, performance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities as a Production Team Manager in Andover.
* Lead and motivate a production team to achieve departmental goals and KPIs.
* Set clear objectives, manage workloads, and promote a culture of accountability and teamwork.
* Monitor production schedules, performance, and output quality — taking proactive action to resolve issues and maintain standards.
