Cure Talent are excited to partner with a global manufacturer known for its advanced surgical products to recruit a Production Technician. In this role you will play a key part of the Engineering team, supporting manufacturing through machine setup, breakdown response and proactive maintenance.
Responsibilities include
As a Production Technician, you will ensure machines and equipment are operating at peak efficiency and contribute to continuous improvement across the site. Your key duties will include:
* Supporting machine setups and verifications following product changeovers
* Responding promptly to mechanical, electrical and pneumatic equipment faults
* Monitoring equipment performance, quality outputs and identifying issues early
* Executing planned maintenance activities and documenting accordingly
* Collaborating on continuous improvement projects
Key requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant engineering qualification such as ONC or NVQ Level 3
* Proven mechanical and electrical experience in a regulated manufacturing setting
* Strong fault-finding skills and hands-on familiarity with production equipment
* The ability to interpret engineering drawings and work with minimal supervision
* Flexibility to support the wider business needs
