Production Operative/Yard Operative – Brislington
📍 Brislington, BS4
💰 £15.80PH (Day Shifts)
🕒 Monday to Friday | Rotating Shifts
Join a growing team in Brislington as a Production Operative / Forklift Driver! This is a full-time, long-term role with excellent pay progression and opportunities for development.
The Role:
Safely moving gas canisters around the yard and production areas
Operating a counterbalance forklift truck (Training Provided)
Supporting team members with production tasks
Manual handling of heavy equipment and materials
Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
Shift Pattern:
Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00
Salary:
£15.80 Per Hour while on day shifts (rotating early/late)
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an industrial, production, or yard environment
Comfortable with physically demanding, manual handling work
Team player with a strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
Flexibility to work rotating shifts
