What You’ll Be Doing:
• Operate and maintain a range of woodworking and production machinery.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet daily and weekly targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with health and safety standards.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives focused on quality and efficiency.
• Perform repetitive tasks with precision and care to ensure consistent product quality.

What You’ll Bring:
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is a plus – but not essential.
• A strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of manual, repetitive tasks – including heavy lifting.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Schedule: Day shift – no weekends!
