Job Description

35 hours per week - Hybrid (1 day in the office, 4 working from home) This is an exciting opportunity to work with our well-established client based on the outskirts of High Wycombe. We are seeking a detail-focused and highly organised individual to join its operations team in a coordination role focused on standards, assurance, and process support. As a Professional Standards Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining consistency across internal frameworks, supporting quality-focused activities, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation. This fantastic hybrid opportunity offers the flexibility of home working combined with a structured and collaborative working environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and efficiency to operational processes and thrives in a role where attention to detail and quality are key. Key responsibilities: * Manage document control and storage systems * Coordinate updates to key documentation, ensuring consistency * Track and monitor contractual details, supporting timely renewals and updates & revisions * Initial contact for complex requests related to accessibility and adjustments * Arrange and minute internal and external meetings, tracking actions * Produce monthly and quarterly performance reports, drawing insight from data trends and supporting improvements in service delivery * Analysing and presenting data What you'll bring: * Educated to A-level standard or with relevant experience in administration, coordination, or operations * Confident working with data & producing reports * Strong Administration skills & competent Microsoft Office skills * Excellent attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach to your work * Strong organisational and time management skills * Experience working in regulated or standards-led environments would be beneficial, but not essential * Comfortable working with dispersed teams and building stakeholder relationships Benefits include: * £24,000 – £25,000 per annum (DOE) + discretionary annual bonus * 25 days’ holiday (plus public holidays), increasing after 4 years of service * Private healthcare and dental cover after 6-month probation (fully employer-funded) * Employer pension contributions of up to 8% * Life assurance (4x salary), sick pay. * Salary sacrifice schemes, including cycle to work and the option to purchase additional annual leave * Hybrid working with only four office days required per month * One paid volunteering day per year * Ongoing training and development opportunities
