As Profiler, your responsibilities will include:
Programming the Voortman profiler using SigmaNEST and StruMIS data
Managing materials and unloading fittings from the profiler
Nesting wedges in scrap/off-cut areas when cutting material over 30mm thick
Ensuring the profiler is left cutting with a full plate at shift end, where practicable
Monitoring and replenishing profiler consumables
Supporting wider production by operating saws, drills, pedestal drill, Geka, and other machinery where trained
As Profiler, your experience will include:
Proficiency with SigmaNEST nesting software
CNC machine operating experience
Ability to read 2D and 3D fabrication and arrangement drawings
Flexibility to operate a variety of machines as required
Confidence working to tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels
Desirable:
Previous experience in a production environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
