We're working with Electrical business, a respected name in the electrical wholesale industry, to recruit an experienced Profit Centre Manager for their Shrewsbury branch. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to run their branch like their own business - with full responsibility for sales, operations, and profitability.
The Role
As Profit Centre Manager, you'll take the lead on:
Driving branch performance, ensuring sales targets and profit margins are achieved.
Developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding service.
Leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve their full potential.
Managing stock, logistics, and branch operations efficiently and effectively.
Delivering on strategic objectives while maintaining compliance and safety standards.
About You

Proven experience in a similar branch or profit centre management role, ideally within electrical wholesale, trade distribution, or a related sector.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret financial data to make sound business decisions.
