Are you ready to make an impact on a global transformation program?
NES Fircroft are looking for a Program Management Officer (PMO) to join our client who are a global leader in agriculture innovation.
Joining the Polaris program and help drive delivery, governance, and best practice across multiple projects.
What you’ll do
Support program planning, coordination, and reporting across global workstreams
Track budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies to keep delivery on course
Manage change requests and stakeholder communications
Drive governance, assurance, and quality standards across the program
Lead smaller projects or workstreams within the program
Enable value realization and knowledge sharing across a global team
What we’re looking for
Experience in project/program management in a global, complex environment
Skilled in using tools such as MS Teams, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Lucidchart
Strong communicator, influencer, and collaborator across diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of PMO best practices and frameworks (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP desirable)
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Resilient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a changing environment
What you’ll gain

On offer is a competitive hourly rate, working a 36hour week Monday to Friday, Hybrid working and Holidays up to 39.5 Days inc BH.
