What You'll Do: As the Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimising the end-to-end artwork development process for new and existing products. Your responsibilities will include: Briefing & Pipeline Management: Clearly communicate artwork requirements to our agency and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Design & Feedback Management: Collaborate with the design team to ensure briefs are concise, costs are approved, and constructive feedback is provided. Process optimisation: Identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and help avoid delays without compromising quality. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, food safety, and design teams to track product launches and meet timelines. Performance Review: utilise tools to critically assess product statuses and workflows, continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement. Why Join Us? Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritise tasks effectively. Resilience: The ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate fast-paced challenges. Top Skills Required: 1. Experience managing design and artwork through the complete product development cycle. 2. Understanding of the grocery market and the significance of quality in private brand products. 3.
