Job Description
As they are growing at pace they are looking to recruit a skilled and motivated programmatic optimisation specialist, who has a deep understanding of how to drive performance-based outcomes through the smart use of data and technology.
They currently utilise DV360 and The Trade Desk as their core buying platforms that integrate with the wider technological ecosystem, which includes a Customer Data Platform and unique data and tools to help our clients derive maximum value from their programmatic media investments.
As a fast growth business, the successful candidate will be involved in all areas of their business, working with multi-disciplinary media personnel to create truly engaging and well thought out advertising campaigns that integrate with marketing plans across online channels
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an agency environment and a proven track record in the management and delivery of campaigns, delivering innovative solutions and responses to challenges. Retail experience is also important.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the management, execution and delivery of direct response campaigns in DV360 platform is essential
* Extensive and in-depth knowledge of the DV360 platform including using and managing and troubleshooting any issues is essential
* Clear understanding of trafficking, advanced targeting, planning and insights capabilities available through the DV360 platform is essential
* Advanced understanding and experience of optimisation levers available to ensure campaigns meet business goals for DR and Brand campaigns
* Proven track record in managing programmatic ad campaigns end to end
* Aware of how Programmatic Display can integrate with other digital channels
* Knowledge of programmatic display creative best practices
* Strong Google Analytics skills
* Retail Sector experience is desirable but not essential
Responsibilities
* Management of all aspects of Programmatic Display campaigns delivery to agreed KPI target, including budget pacing, optimisations, creative changes and audience definition
* Campaign Activation for new Programmatic Display campaigns including Advertiser Setup. Pixel Creation and Trafficking
* Preparation for and attendance at Client meetings as required
* Working with the account managers/directors on new business pitches and existing client proposals/re-pitches
