Job Title: Programme Management Director Location: Riyadh City, Saudi Arabia Salary: £150,000 - £200,000 A Programme Management Senior Director is required for a high-profile, confidential development program in Riyadh. Operating within a 50-person PMO team, this executive-level position is responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of the program. The role will be ensuring seamless integration and execution across project management, design management, and transversal functions. You will play a pivotal role in achieving delivery excellence within a complex, multi-disciplinary environment. Key Responsibilities Program Delivery Leadership - Oversee implementation and performance of all delivery activities across the program lifecycle, ensuring integration between planning, design, procurement, and execution. Design & Technical Oversight - Supervise design management activities, ensuring deliverables meet requirements, budgets, and timelines. Transversal Functions Integration - Coordinate functions such as change management, sustainability, quality, digital systems, and interface management to align with program goals. Project Controls & Governance - Support governance and reporting structures, ensuring robust performance tracking and executive-level control. Stakeholder Coordination - Represent the PMO in senior-level coordination with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders. Risk & Issue Management - Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies and escalation processes. Team Leadership & Mentorship - Provide direction to project managers, design managers, and transversal leads, fostering team development and accountability. Reporting - Deliver high-quality executive reports, presentations, and progress updates to senior stakeholders.Qualifications & Experience Experience: Minimum 20 years in program and project management, with significant exposure to large-scale, multi-disciplinary developments (experience in the Middle East highly desirable). Leadership: Strong track record in leading PMO or consultancy delivery teams, managing multi-stakeholder interfaces at executive level. Expertise: Extensive knowledge in design management, project execution, and transversal PMO functions (risk, quality, document control). Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or equivalent required. Degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred. Technology: Skilled in Primavera P6, PMIS platforms, and digital reporting tools. Experience with digital twin/BI dashboards advantageous. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
