The Role
Lead multiple complex programmes from planning through to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
Coordinate with internal departments (design, manufacturing, commissioning) to drive execution and resolve technical challenges
Monitor programme performance to meet quality standards, timelines, and budget targets
The Person
Experience managing multiple projects/programmes in Building Services (M&E)
Degree in Business or Project Management, with certifications such as PMP, AGPM, or PRINCE2
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, ideally with exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall systems
