ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a Programme Manager on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be working with a Telecoms end client across various projects.
We are looking for a Programme Manager with a strong telecoms background who has successfully delivered large-scale Telecommunications Security Act (TSA) implementation programmes. Experience leading complex Telecommunications Security Act, regulatory, operational change or business transformation programmes within a UK telecoms environment is essential.
Working alongside a Senior Programme Manager, you will take ownership of a defined portfolio of work, driving delivery independently against agreed objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent stakeholder management, executive communication and the ability to coordinate delivery across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the successful delivery of complex programme workstreams with a strong focus on implementing large-scale Telecommunications Security Act (TSA) programmes within a UK telecommunications environment.
Take ownership of assigned programme objectives managing delivery independently while ensuring milestones, risks and dependencies are effectively controlled.
Work closely with Project Managers, technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver Telecommunications Security Act compliance initiatives alongside wider transformation and operational change programmes.
Provide governance, reporting and regular programme updates to senior leadership including presenting progress, risks and strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.
Manage and mentor Business Analysts where required, ensuring business requirements are captured and aligned with programme objectives.Key Skills:
Proven experience implementing large-scale Telecommunications Security Act (TSA) programmes within a UK telecommunications organisation is essential.
Strong background delivering complex telecoms regulatory, operational change or enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead large-scale programmes, managing multiple workstreams, risks and senior stakeholders with minimal supervision.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
Experience working within matrix organisations, collaborating with Project Managers, Business Analysts and cross-functional delivery teams to successfully deliver strategic programmes.Further job details available upon application.
