A well‑known Higher Education organisation at the start of a Salesforce implementation is seeking a Programme Manager to provide leadership, structure and delivery assurance from the outset.
This role is critical in setting strong foundations for future phases of the programme.
Key responsibilities
* Lead early‑phase delivery of a Salesforce implementation programme.
* Establish programme governance, delivery cadence and controls.
* Coordinate multiple workstreams including platform configuration, integrations and business change.
* Manage delivery partners and senior internal stakeholders.
* Ensure early‑phase risks, dependencies and design decisions are well managed.
* Support transition planning into subsequent delivery waves.
Skills & experience
* Strong and recent Higher Education experience is advantageous.
* Demonstrable experience leading Salesforce or large‑scale CRM platform implementations.
* Strong programme governance and mobilisation capability.
* Experience setting up delivery structures for multi‑wave programmes.
