Brunel Medical School is looking for a dedicated Programme Operations Officer to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the MBBS Programme and support the next generation of healthcare professionals! Contract Type: Temporary Location: Hillingdon, London Salary: £18.57 per hour Start Date: ASAP - February 2026 Hours: Full Time, On Campus ### Purpose of the Role: As a Programme Operations Officer, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support for Phase 2 teaching activities, clinical placements, and assessments. Your work will help ensure that students at the Medical School receive high-quality educational experiences across multiple clinical placement providers. ### Key Responsibilities: Stakeholder Communication & Engagement: - Foster strong relationships with BMS students, staff, Clinical Educators across trusts, and other placement providers.- Deliver timely updates and relevant information through email to maintain transparency and alignment. Timetable Coordination Across Providers: - Take the lead on scheduling and coordinating teaching and clinical placement timetables, ensuring smooth operations across multiple providers. Campus Teaching Administration: - Manage all campus teaching activities, including room bookings, document preparation, and effective communication with stakeholders. Assessment Support: - Facilitate the delivery and processing of placement-related assessments, including supervised learning events (SLEs), with accuracy and timeliness. Policy & Process Review: - Evaluate current processes and standard operating procedures, providing high-level advice and guidance to students, BMS staff, LEP clinical leads, and Medical Education teams. Learning Material Oversight: - Oversee the submission, review, and timely release of learning materials from clinical specialists to students ### What We're Looking For: A proactive communicator with exceptional organisational skills.
