Key Responsibilities
As a Programmer, you'll be instrumental in building and enhancing tools that support operations nationwide. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Write, test, and maintain high-quality, efficient code across multiple projects
* Work on system integration and automation projects to support business operations
* Assist in the design and delivery of new software tools and features
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical solutions
* Troubleshoot bugs, develop fixes, and deploy updates across various systems
* Document your work and contribute to technical knowledge sharing
Skills and Experience
* Strong experience in programming, ideally in languages such as Python, JavaScript, PHP, C#, or SQL
* Solid understanding of databases and working with APIs
* Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
* An analytical mind with a problem-solving approach to development tasks
* Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
