About you
You’re organised, commercially aware and comfortable being the person who connects the client with the teams responsible for delivering the work.
You enjoy managing several projects at once, solving problems before they become bigger issues and keeping people informed when deadlines or requirements change.
This will suit someone who wants more ownership than a traditional account management role. You’ll be close to the client, but you’ll also be heavily involved in production planning, procurement, logistics and installation.
Your experience
You’ll ideally have experience in project management, account management or operational delivery within one or more of the following:
• Large format print or signage
• Retail graphics or point of sale
• Shopfitting or commercial fit out
• Hospitality or food and beverage environments
• Store openings, refurbishments or national rollouts
• Creative production or installation services
You’ll need to be confident managing clients, coordinating different departments and making practical decisions in a fast moving environment.
Experience forecasting stock requirements or translating future client demand into production and procurement plans would be particularly useful.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll support one of the business’s largest national food and beverage clients, coordinating projects across a complex UK wide estate.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building strong relationships with client stakeholders
• Managing store openings, refurbishments, campaigns and reactive works
• Coordinating design, procurement, production, logistics and installation teams
• Managing several live projects with competing priorities
• Keeping internal teams aligned around deadlines and client expectations
• Identifying delivery risks and resolving issues quickly
• Turning promotional plans, estate changes and future demand into stock forecasts
• Supporting production planning and procurement decisions
• Looking for ways to improve communication, delivery and commercial performance
This is not a role where you’ll simply receive briefs and pass them on. You’ll be expected to understand the bigger picture, challenge where necessary and help the client and internal teams make better decisions.
About the business
You’ll be joining an established creative production specialist that designs, manufactures and installs large format graphics, signage, branded environments and bespoke displays.
Design, production, fabrication and installation are managed from the same Watford operation, giving the project team direct access to the people producing and delivering the work.
The business works across retail, hospitality, leisure, events, film and television, delivering everything from nationwide campaigns to complex one off installations.
This is a visible position supporting a major account, with the opportunity to influence how projects, stock and future client requirements are managed.
