Job Description

Project Administrator
 Location: Mossbank Shetland, ZE2 9TU
 Duration: 12 Months
Client: Veolia
 Hours: Monday - Friday working 08:00 - 16:30

Working arrangement:
 Onsite preferred however hybrid would be considered (minimum 2 - 3 days on site)
 Initially end of 2026 however this could increase due to nature of project

We are looking at a potential opportunity for an administration role to support our operations at SVT terminal. This would likely include duties such as:
 ⦁ Assisting with timesheets
 ⦁ Ordering of supplies
 ⦁ Raising purchase orders
 ⦁ Booking of flights, ferries, accommodation, hire vehicles etc..
 ⦁ Support with financial month end
 ⦁ General ad hoc admin duties
