* Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules and progress reports
* Maintain project documentation, contracts and reports
* Support health and safety documentation

* Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas
The successful candidate will come from a strong administrative background and be able to demonstrate the ability to work well autonomously and being able to use initiative.
