Job Description

Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator available for an immediate start? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and teamwork are valued? If so, we are recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our clients friendly and supportive team based in Bicester.

Offering hybrid working and full training provided, you would have an opportunity to develop your skills within a growing organisation. This role is on a temporary basis with a view to become permanent,

As a Project Administrator, you will play a key part in supporting project delivery by ensuring documentation, data, and communications are managed efficiently and accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

Data entry and general administrative support
Extensive use of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Managing and maintaining project documentation
Liaising with internal departments and key stakeholders
Supporting project delivery through effective administration and communication
Ensuring accurate record keeping and data managementAbout You

We are looking for candidates who have:

Strong communication skills
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
A proactive and professional approach to work
The ability to prioritise workload effectively
