Job Title: Projects Administrator Location: Northern Ireland (Office-Based) Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Industry: Construction / Facilities Management Our client is a leading organisation within the construction and facilities management sector, delivering high-quality projects across a diverse portfolio. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an organised and proactive Projects Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent. Job Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Projects Administrator to provide administrative support across a busy project team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and previous administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Working closely with project managers and site teams, you will be responsible for coordinating project documentation, meetings, records, and communications, ensuring projects are supported efficiently from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to project managers and site teams. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute action points. Maintain project trackers, contact lists, registers, and project records. Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and project documentation. Process site paperwork, delivery records, timesheets, and procurement information. Support document control, filing systems, and project handover documentation. Coordinate training records, site inductions, and competency documentation. Monitor shared inboxes and ensure project information is distributed promptly. Arrange meeting rooms, project appointments, and site visits as required. Provide administrative support across multiple projects when necessary. Requirements: Previous administration experience, ideally within construction, engineering, facilities management, or a similar project-based environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records. Confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Benefits: Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000.
