Freelance Project Administrator – Guildford
📍 Location: Guildford (on-site and in office)
📅 Start Date: ASAP
💼 Contract: Freelance
🕒 Duration: 3–6 months (potential to extend)

We're working with a busy and well-established construction company seeking a Freelance Project Administrator to support their delivery team on a live project in Guildford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic site-based team and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project and site management team
*
Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, and registers
*
Support with subcontractor onboarding, document chasing, and compliance checks
*
Coordinate meetings, minute-taking, and action tracking
*
Use systems such as Procore, MS Office, and document control platforms (experience desirable)
About You:

Previous experience in a Project Admin or Site Admin role within construction or fit-out
*
Highly organised, proactive, and confident in managing multiple admin tasks
*
Strong communication and coordination skills
*
Able to hit the ground running and work independently
*
