Job Title: Project Administrator Location: Leyland Salary: Competitive, part-time 28hrs We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Administrator to support a busy team delivering inspection and repair projects across the UK. Purpose of the Role You will manage inspection bookings and work closely with field operatives to prepare accurate repair quotes for handover to project management. The ideal candidate is a people person, highly organised, and detail-oriented. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate inspection bookings and associated paperwork. * Liaise between customers and suppliers to prepare repair quotes. * Maintain and update internal systems, ensuring information is accurate and current. * Provide support to project managers and field operatives. What We’re Looking For * Strong proficiency in MS Office. * Experience in administration or project support desirable. * Excellent communication and collaborative skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
