We are working with a global tech company in Cambridge who are looking for a Project Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities will include
* Contribute to the preparation of project plans and budgets
* Keep track of project data like timesheets, forecasts, and costs
* Support managers with cost control, reports, and changes
* Write and organise project notes, reports, and documents
* Attend meetings and take minutes
* Assist manager with presentations
* Support the Finance Team with invoicing and payments
* Suggest ways to make processes easier and more efficient
The ideal candidate will have
* Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
* Experience within a technical environment desirable
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
* Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
