Project Architect

Location: Clerkenwell, London
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum + Hybrid Working

Looking for a role where you can take real ownership of projects from technical design through to completion?

We’re looking for an experienced Project Architect to join an established and ambitious design team, leading the delivery of high-quality commercial office fit-out and workplace projects across RIBA Stages 4–6.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating design teams, working closely with contractors and specialists, and solving the technical challenges that arise during construction. It’s a great opportunity for an ARB registered Architect who enjoys being involved in the detail and seeing their designs successfully delivered on site.

If you’re confident in Revit, technically strong and ready for your next step, this could be a very good fit.

Office: Clerkenwell, London
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30am – 17:30pm

Duties

  * Lead projects through technical design, construction and completion.

  * Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP and specialist consultant information.

  * Produce and review detailed technical drawings, specifications and schedules.

  * Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.

  * Respond to RFIs, site queries, design changes and construction-stage challenges.

  * Manage project programmes, workloads, quality and design information.

  * Support and mentor junior members of the architectural team.

Requirements

  * ARB registered Architect with 5+ years’ post-qualification UK experience.

  * Strong experience delivering commercial workplace/interior projects through construction.

  * Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations, CDM and relevant statutory requirements.

  * Strong technical design and construction knowledge.

  * Highly proficient in Autodesk Revit, ideally within BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 environments.

  * Confident coordinating multidisciplinary teams and communicating with clients and contractors.

  * Organised, commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership of project delivery.
