A dynamic, design-led architectural practice in Central London is looking for a talented Project Architect to join its collaborative and expanding team. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality work across the residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors, the studio provides an exciting opportunity to lead projects across all RIBA stages in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion
Drive design development, planning submissions, and technical delivery
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
Prepare and review detailed drawings, reports, and specifications
Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies
Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to a positive studio culture
Experience Required:
ARB-registered architect with demonstrable UK project experience
Strong design sensibility and technical proficiency across all RIBA stages
Proficient in both Vectorworks and ArchiCAD (essential)
Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Excellent communication and project coordination skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative in approach
