Technical Architect – Award-Winning AJ100 Practice
Location: London | Type: Permanent | Hybrid/Flexible Working Available
We’re proud to be working on behalf of a highly respected, multi-award-winning AJ100 architectural practice that has built a strong reputation for excellence in design, project delivery, and workplace culture. As the studio continues to grow, they are now seeking a Technical Architect to join their dedicated Technical Delivery Team.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and technically strong architect (or architectural professional) with 5–10 years of experience, particularly in RIBA Stages 4 and 5. You'll play a key role in the delivery of complex and high-quality projects, collaborating with a wider multidisciplinary team to ensure design intent is upheld through to completion.
Who We’re Looking For:

A qualified Architect, Architectural Assistant, or Architectural Technician with an architectural background
*
5–10 years of post-qualification experience, with a focus on technical design and delivery (Stages 4–5)
*
Strong technical detailing skills and a deep understanding of UK building regulations and construction methodologies
*
Proficient in Revit (preferred) and confident working in BIM-led environments
*
Able to collaborate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
*
A proactive communicator with a solution-oriented mindset
