Well-established market leading Wimborne family business require Career focused can-do Project Assistant to work in customer services , operations and PM. To develop into Project Manager. £25,000 to £28,000 initially plus profit share plus salary increase on promotions. To achieve the companies growth plans you need to grow and develop to cope with increased demand. This is a pivotal role that ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish — from scheduling and procurement to documentation and communication. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow into the role. For the right person, this offers a genuine route to developing a long term career in a fast-growing, high-demand sector. The Ideal person would probably have an interest or passion for construction and a desire to enjoy a long term career in the built environment. You will be working with some high profile buildings so a basic understanding and interest in planning, architecture , project management or facilities would be a great advantage. Whether that be a degree or training course or a year plus experience in a business in the sector would help you achieve promotion quicker. Customer & Supplier Communication • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and engineers to maintain clear and timely communication. • Respond to queries efficiently, maintaining professional relationships. • Ensure exceptional customer service and on-time delivery. Operational & Process Support • Coordinate deliveries and small warehouse operations. • Help streamline procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy. • Support the Project Manager in reporting, performance tracking, and administration.
