Project Co-ordinator

Dewsbury area

£26K - £28K depending on experience

Our client is actively seeking an enthusiastic project administration to step into a role that values collaboration, clarity, and a genuine commitment to delivering results. As a key part of the team, you’ll be supporting the smooth execution of projects, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and effectively in a supportive environment built on trust and shared goals.

Coordinate bespoke project quotes and orders
	
Prepare and maintain pricing schedules in line with client requirements.
	
Liaise directly with clients to confirm specifications, handle amendments, and communicate 
	
Collaborate closely with the Project Management and Commercial teams to ensure smooth information flow and on-time delivery.
	
Process and update orders and project data 
	
Monitor project progress, flagging any delays or material issues

Experince:

Experience in project administration or coordination or similar
	
Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
	
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
	
Proficiency in MS Office 
	
A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to work
