About the Role Our client is a leading UK manufacturer delivering facade solutions to customers across a range of sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an organised, customer-focused and proactive Project Co-ordinator to join their team in Euxton, Chorley. The Role As Project Co-ordinator, you will act as the key link between customers, the CAD department and production teams, ensuring customer orders progress smoothly from initial receipt through to manufacture and delivery. You will take ownership of orders, coordinate project schedules, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure all departments are aligned to deliver high-quality outputs on time. Key Responsibilities Receive and process customer orders. Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle. Liaise closely with the CAD department to ensure drawings and technical requirements are completed accurately. Receive and manage work schedules issued by the CAD team. Coordinate timelines between customers, design and manufacturing departments. Book and schedule work into production. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to customers. Manage changes, queries and issues as they arise. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Ensure delivery schedules are met and customer expectations are achieved. About You You will be highly organised, proactive and confident working across multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Project Co-ordinator, Project Administrator, Production Co-ordinator or similar role. Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment. Strong organisational and planning skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good IT skills (Microsoft Office). High attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Desirable Experience working with CAD or technical design teams. Knowledge of manufacturing or production scheduling processes. Experience using ERP/MRP or project management systems.
