Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for Coordinating Project Schedules
Including project-based schedules for several facilities
You will be responsible for coordinating general daily enquires from customers.
Including working directly with customers to secure project windows and coordinate the project through to completion
Including maintaining and developing key relationships with new and existing customers
Having full knowledge of tariff rates for individual customers
Attending customer meetings and holding conference calls as required
Ensuring customer expectations are managed and exceeded.
You will be responsible for processing Timesheets and Sales Invoices
Including maintaining accurate financial records
You will be part of the Project team, supporting all departments and maintaining company services commercially
Responsible for coordinating and maintaining company management systems.Deliver a Professional High Level of Output.Personal Specification:
Background in Coordinating Project Schedules
Background liaising with Clients
Proactive with the ability to time-manage, coordinate and problem solve
Excellent IT skills & Excel ability.
Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to efficiently coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment
Ability to work in a team as a key member but also have the ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks with a high level of independence and ownership
