About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Co-ordinator to join our technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project support, manufacturing, or product development experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
As a Project Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in managing product trials, preparing accurate project documentation, and co-ordinating activities across technical, quality, and operational teams. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer requirements.
This role is perfect for someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to develop a career in project management or product development.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule, and co-ordinate product trials and development projects in line with production schedules.
* Prepare and maintain accurate project control documents, reports, and databases.
* Liaise with manufacturing, quality assurance, and technical teams to allocate resources and resolve issues.
* Review trial results, including lab testing, inspection data, and customer feedback, and agree next steps.
* Provide regular progress updates and prepare monthly project reports for stakeholders.
* Attend customer meetings, training sessions, and industry exhibitions as required.
Skills & Experience
* Strong project co-ordination / project support experience (manufacturing or product development background desirable).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
* Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and data management.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Resilient, proactive, and detail-focused.
* A basic understanding of textiles, production processes, or technical projects would be an advantage.
