TITLE: Project Co-ordinator (part-time)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary to Permanent
LOCATION: Coalville
SALARY: £13ph
HOURS: 24 hours per week over 5 days.
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Project Co-ordinator to assist the team with a new project. The role will involve managing maintenance issues on site and co-ordinating with clients and in-house maintenance staff, updating records and organising site visits.
Role profile:
* Reviewing reports to ensure all quoted work has been completed
* Co-ordinating site visits
* Liaising with clients and updating on issues outside of SLA’s.
* Updating maintenance tracker
* Create pick lists of spare parts for maintenance fitters
* Liaise with client to make sure all new snags / maintenance issues are captured.
Essential Experience:
* Proactive approach to problem solving and a strong eye for detail.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively
* Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills
* Full driving licence
