Project Co-ordinator: The business is based in the West Midlands and is easily commutable from areas such as Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton, Stourbridge, West Bromwich and surrounding locations. £(phone number removed) depending on experience Overview: Join a busy Project Delivery team where you’ll manage and develop key customer accounts while supporting the delivery of projects from start to finish. This role suits someone organised, confident with customers, and comfortable coordinating people, tasks and information to keep projects running smoothly. About the Client You’ll be joining a long-established, well-respected UK manufacturing business known for delivering complex, customer-led projects. They have strong customer relationships, a stable team, and a reputation for reliability, professionalism and quality. This role is key to maintaining that reputation by ensuring projects run efficiently and customers stay well supported. What you’ll do * Build strong working relationships with customers, internal teams and suppliers. * Support account planning and help deliver profit targets on assigned accounts. * Coordinate resources, activities and project information to ensure work is delivered on time, within scope and within budget. * Define project requirements, track progress, manage changes and resolve issues as they arise. * Act as the central point of contact, keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring customer needs are met throughout each project. * Maintain accurate documentation, reports and project records. * Contribute to improving project workflows and supporting process efficiency. What you’ll bring * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accuracy and meet deadlines. * A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and supporting solutions. * Willingness to learn internal systems, financial processes and project management tools. * Flexibility for occasional travel or out-of-hours work
