Project Coordinator
Melton Mowbray
12-month fixed term contract
Full Time hours, Monday to Friday
Up to £30,000 pa

We are looking for a confident and proactive Project Coordinator to support installation and decommissioning projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be the key point of contact for tracking project progress, coordinating information, and keeping both site teams and clients informed.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
 
As a Project Coordinator, your role will include:

Input and update client enquiries in the CRM system, tracking each project from quotation through to completion and invoicing
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and site operatives to ensure projects run smoothly
Raise and issue purchase orders, gather costs, and support project planning
Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and maintain accurate project documentation
Share updates with stakeholders and participate in planning meetings to support project delivery 
What We’re Looking For
 
The ideal Project Coordinator will have:

Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Support role, ideally within manufacturing
Experience using CRM systems to manage project information
Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs, including Excel and SharePoint
Excellent communication skills, able to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels
A proactive approach, with exceptional attention to detail
