We are recruiting on behalf of a B2B SaaS business with offices in central Edinburgh for a Project Coordinator to support customer implementation projects. The role is fully remote within the UK after a two-week onsite induction. Full company name shared with shortlisted candidates at initial screening.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a permanent, junior-level position supporting Implementation Managers on mid-market customer onboarding projects. The team is four Implementation Managers and two Coordinators. Each project runs four to twelve weeks from kick-off to go-live.

IS THIS THE RIGHT FIT?

This role suits someone with six to eighteen months of project administration, customer onboarding, account coordination, or events coordination experience who wants to specialise into B2B SaaS implementation.

You will need:

• Comfort coordinating multiple workstreams in parallel. Each Coordinator typically supports four to six live projects.

• Strong written English for client-facing emails and internal status reports.

• Confidence with project tools (the client uses Asana and Notion, training given on the specific instance).

• Reliable time management and attention to detail.

• Right to work in the UK.

Useful but not required: prior B2B SaaS, professional services, or events coordination experience. PRINCE2 Foundation or Agile certification welcome but not required.

• Pay: £14.36 to £16.92 per hour (£28,000 to £33,000 annualised at 37.5 hours) depending on experience.
