Position - Project Coordinator
Area - Glasgow
Salary - £25,000
The Role
Reporting daily to the office manager you will be responsible for the effective scheduling of maintenance work orders to ensure service contract compliance and to maximise productivity, efficiency, and utilisation.
As a Project coordinator, you will be hard-working, organised, and have an untiring attention to detail. This is an office-based role and you will be responsible for planning resources within your given area, identifying and effectively communicating potential issues to the appropriate person, and updating customers
As a Project Coordinator, you will carry out:
* Assign work orders effectively, efficiently and accurately, working with Surveyors and clients to ensure maximum productivity, efficiency, and utilisation.
* Issue Work Orders and Work instructions to operatives to ensure operatives have sufficient information to perform their duties

Checks to ensure all operator's reports are accurate and compliant
*
Technical and compliance reviews or monthly audits completed by operatives
*
As a Project Coordinator, you will have:
* Experience of working in a similar role
* Proven ability in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* The ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workloads
