Location: Hatfield
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Hours: Mon- Fri, 9.00 am - 5.30 pm (4.30 pm finish on Fridays)
Are you a detail-oriented, organised individual with a head for numbers and a drive to support high-performing teams? We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Project Co-ordinator to join our friendly client in a fast-paced team
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to support our clients Travel Projects Team as part of a close-knit group of colleagues.
As Project Co-ordinator, you'll play a vital role in the financial and administrative management of all construction-related projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day tasks will include (but are not limited to):
·Processing financial submissions from contractors
·Preparing and issuing certificates for payment
·Running and updating cost tracking software and Excel-based financial trackers
·Assisting in the preparation of final accounts and weekly cost reports
·Requesting and checking quotes; processing orders
·Reviewing and processing cost variations
·Creating project documentation (scoping & analysis documents)
·Supporting commercial activities from conception to final account
·Monitoring and managing project budgets
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
·Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident with numbers
·Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
·Comfortable working in a team and liaising across all levels of the organisation
·IT-savvy, with strong general computer literacy
·Experienced (or interested) in construction-related projects - experience is a plus but not essential
·Eager to learn, develop, and grow within the role
