Are you an Excel whizz?
Do you thrive in a high turnover project environment?
Do you have experience in a design, constrruction or manufacturing environment?
My client, an industry leading Awning design and installation firm are looking for a Project Coordinator to support their growing design and sales team, enabling them to better advise our customers in their pursuit of the perfect awning solution.
Main Responsibilities of the role include:
* Tracking open projects ensuring they are passed over to manufacture within strict time limits from date of payment.
* Liaising with clients to complete missing information or confirm detail within an order.
* Checking surveys and drawings to ensure that manufacturing sizes are correct.
* Creating manufacturing and installation documents, using the information provided from the sales consultants, to be passed on to the Operations team.
The right candidate will have:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Particularly with Excel and Outlook).
* Project Management experience (dealing with multiple small projects at one time)
* Very high attention to detail.
Beneficial Experience and Traits include:
* Experience with CRM systems.
* Enjoys problem solving and out of the box thinking.
* Has some installation / manufacturing / design knowledge.
* Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
This is an office based role, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
