Projects Coordinator
Location: Gloucester
Hours: 8.00 am – 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive, with benefits package
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join a busy projects department. The Projects Coordinator will act as the link between sales, production, customers, and subcontract suppliers. This role involves providing technical advice, quotations, scheduling information, and ensuring customer requirements and deadlines are met. The position is office-based, with occasional external visits.
Key Responsibilities of a Projects Coordinator:
* Provide technical advice, quotations, and schedule details to customers
* Act as the main point of contact between sales, production, and suppliers
* Support customers in achieving their goals while ensuring internal sales and production targets are met
* Maintain knowledge of scheduling capacity and promote additional services to customers
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure business
Key Skills of a Projects Coordinator:
* Manufacturing or Engineering background
* Computer literacy
* Team worker
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Timekeeping and reliability
* Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Desireable experience:
* CAD knowledge (Mini Magics, SolidWorks, CATIA, Spaceclaim)
* Ability to interpret 2D engineering drawings
* Strong teamwork, timekeeping, and reliabilityBefore You Apply
