Project Coordinator – Technology Rollouts
The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of multi-site technology deployments. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll manage client communications, track rollout progress, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly from pilot through to full rollout.
This role will suit someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, has strong organisational skills, and is confident working directly with clients and engineers.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Acting as the key point of contact for clients during rollouts.
* Coordinating deployment schedules across multiple accounts.
* Monitoring progress and ensuring project deadlines are met.
* Reviewing installations and addressing any issues.
* Supporting wider operational teams in delivering successful projects.
What We’re Looking For
* Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail.
* Experience coordinating time-critical projects or client accounts.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Able to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
