About the Role
NRL have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator (MCU) to join our International team and support the successful delivery of our Major Component Upgrade (MCU) operations. This role acts as a vital link between resource management and compliance, ensuring smooth mobilisation, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination of project activities across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Support the Resource Manager in planning and tracking MCU project activities.
Maintain project documentation, including mobilisation plans, rosters, and progress reports.
Monitor project timelines and escalate potential delays or resource gaps.Resource & Mobilisation Support
Assist in validating delivery team composition and readiness for upcoming assignments.
Coordinate travel and logistics for MCU personnel in collaboration with internal purchasing teams.
Track resource availability, leave, training status and PPE to ensure operational readiness.Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all onboarding and compliance documentation is collected, verified, and stored before deployment.
Maintain accurate records in internal systems and operational spreadsheets.
Liaise with compliance teams to address any gaps or issues promptly.Communication & Stakeholder Support
Act as a point of contact for project-related queries from internal teams and contractors.
Provide regular updates to the Resource Manager and other stakeholders on project status.
Support customer reporting requirements as needed.Financial & Administrative Support
Assist with timesheet and expense submissions for MCU personnel.
Support invoice review and cost tracking for project-related expenses.
Prepare basic reports on utilisation, costs, and compliance metrics.What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent English language communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
