Project Coordinator - Product Development Location: Welwyn Garden City (Hybrid - 3 days on-site) Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12 months) Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience Join The Team! Your Role: As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that product development projects run smoothly from inception to completion. You'll collaborate with various teams, manage critical paths, and engage stakeholders to keep everything on track. Key Responsibilities: Product Planning: Collaborate in crafting a robust Product Plan, ensuring realistic and achievable deliverables. Team Coordination: Oversee product development and design teams, managing capacity and processes effectively. MPD System Management: Enhance the MPD system by creating and managing projects, driving continuous improvement. Critical Path Governance: Monitor project timelines and budgets, addressing risks with effective solutions. Milestone Management: organise diaries for Milestones and NWTs, ensuring actionable meeting minutes for clear communication. Stakeholder Engagement: Attend NWT meetings to align key stakeholders on project timelines and deliverables. Design Support: Assist the design team with managing designs, coordinating copywriting, and ensuring timely delivery. Training & Mentoring: Provide training and support on the milestone process for new team members.What We're Looking For: Proven experience in project management within a fast-paced retail or supplier environment. Familiarity with stage and gate processes or similar methodologies. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Strong communication abilities with a knack for conveying complex information clearly. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to analyse data to determine effective paths forward.
