Are you a proven Project Cost Controller with experience in the construction, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries?
 
 Do you possess extensive knowledge of NEC 4 Option B Contracts and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel?

 The Role

 As a Project Cost Controller, you will be responsible for assisting management with month-end cost and revenue submissions, managing forecast and budget reconciliation, conducting risk analysis, and monitoring project costs. Your daily activities will include collaborating with subcontractors, analysing financial data, and supporting change management processes such as variations and scope adjustments. You will also be involved in the preparation of payment applications and progress meetings to ensure project financial health.

 You will have the following qualifications & experience:

Proven experience with NEC 4 Option B Contracts in construction, oil & gas, or petrochemical projects
Extensive knowledge of cost control, forecasting, risk management, and change procedures
