Office based in Manchester City Centre
12 Months Fixed Term Contract
Salary £30,000 to £32,000 dependent upon experience plus bonus with excellent benefits
Our client is a SaaS provider of innovative digital payment solutions designed to streamline business processes. They are now seeking a highly motivated Delivery Coordinator / Manager to join a fast-paced dynamic office.

The Delivery Coordinator / Manager will manage projects from start to go-live working closely with the team including in-house consultants and clients to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Essential Candidate Skills & Experience
* Past experience in a Project Support / delivery or junior project management role
* Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced exciting busy office environment
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently with all departments
* Work towards deadlines and highly organised
* Confident and comfortable in a customer facing role
* Experience of conducting client facing meetings on MS Teams
* Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced exciting busy office environment
* Proactive, resilient and tenacious with a ‘can do’ positive attitude
Desirable
* Experience working in SaaS or tech desirable but not essential
* Previous client facing role
* Familiarity with onboarding or implementation process
Key Responsibilities
* Manage new and future projects
* Organise and host projects calls with clients
* Liaise with the technical team who will handle the complex elements
* Drive projects forward to ensure clients remain updated and moving forwards
* Coordinate with stakeholders on timescales and deadlines
* Ensure all project documents are reports are kept updated
